Why haven’t I received any paperwork in my TheCaseExpert.com order?

We have gone green and have moved to e-receipts to reduce paper wastage. All your order details will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout.

 

I’m really excited to receive my order so how do I check my order status?

Just email caseexpert2020@gmail.com or message us on our Facebook page and we’ll be happy to update you!

 

My parcel arrived today but I am missing items!

To offer you incredibly low prices we ship our products directly from our manufacturers to you (cutting out the middlemen and their fees), because of this you may receive your order in separate parcels (if they are from different manufacturers).

Also, to prevent our customers being charged any customs or duties we split orders into parcels with lower values, ensuring you do not have any hidden fees to pay on receipt of your order. 

If an item is missing from your parcel it is likely still on the way to you because of one of the above reasons, however, do not hesitate to contact us and we will investigate it and update you.

 

Can I cancel or modify an order I have placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel or modify it. If you do change your mind let us know as soon as possible if it has not been processed yet we will be happy to help. After processing to alter an order you will need to look at our Returns and Refunds Policy.

 

I placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email.

First check your spam folder. If it is not there don’t worry, contact us and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to help!

 

How does TheCaseExpert.com operate and how do they offer such incredible prices?

TheCaseExpert.com is an online retailer of all types of phone cases. We supply and ship our products directly from the source (our manufacturers) to you, without any middlemen marking up our products, so you end up with the highest quality product for an incredible price!

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We want to offer our customers as many options as possible, so we accept credit and debit cards, Paypal and Applepay.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

You’ll be charged for your order immediately upon a successful checkout. 

 

When should I expect to receive my parcel?

To offer you incredible prices we ship directly from our manufacturers to you. This means we ship products globally from Poland, China, Hong Kong, the USA and the UK. 

Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order. Shipping then takes 15-30 business days to most countries, there is more information on this in our Shipping Information Policy. During peak times delivery may take slightly longer.

 

I still have not received my order, what should I do?

If you are ever worried about your order and would like an update just contact us and we’ll be happy to update you!

 

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £30. For orders below £30 we offer standard shipping for £2.75 and priority insured shipping for £3.75.

 

Will I be charged customs or duties on my order?

We aim to ensure our customers are never charged any extra fees so we often split orders into separate parcels to avoid customers owing customs/duties/tax. Because of this 99% of orders do not get any of these charges but TheCaseExpert.com is not responsible for any customs, duties or tax fees determined by the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional fees required.

We have gone green and have moved to e-receipts to reduce paper wastage. This does not affect our Returns and Refunds policy, just contact us about the product you are not happy with and we’ll take it from there.
